Adult Fitness Philosophy and Programs

We know that fitness is a journey, and we want to help you along the path to becoming a better you. We also know that fitness can be very confusing, with an assortment of conflicting books, ideas, and schools of thought on the market, who can keep it straight? That's where having access to the best in the business will be extremely beneficial to you. We will help you sort through it all, and guide you down the path toward enhancing your lifestyle.

Lose fat, increase strength, and improve your ability to move freely! If you are still a competitive athlete or for those of you that may not be athletes but still want to look and feel like one. Get in the best shape of your life by improving strength, burning fat, building lean muscle, improving flexibility just like athletes condition. No one has time to spend hours on slow and boring cardio machines that don't produce the results you want, so Riley Athletics training programs feature many of the same methods and techniques used to train athletes.

Discover how athletes develop such amazing bodies! Intense strength training circuits, interval training, and flexibility are the primary focus of these workouts.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is exactly how it sounds. This is the most personalized service we offer. Novice clients who need extra special attention or clients with injury rehabilitation needs are most likely to prefer this type of training.  If you have specific needs and goals or just want to workout with no distraction this is the program for you!  Training times are based on availabiilty.

Cost: ($60 - $100/session)

SEMI PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING

Semi private training is a more affordable option than personal training and a more personalized/flexible option than boot camp.  Personalized programs are designed in this smaller and more intimate atmosphere.  If you have a group (2-6 people) that you would like to workout together than this is the way to go.  Prices vary based on the size of group so call us today with the size of your group to reserve your preferred time slots. 

If you don't have a predetermined group try our Rock Body Boot Camps for another more affordable and fun option!
